Delivery details:

• Cut off times for next day delivery is 11a.m, thus giving us plenty of time to prepare you're gift (cut off time for a monday delivery is 5p.m the friday before this will then be dispatched on sat morning).
• Deliveries are only available on working days (Working days are Monday to Friday, not including Saturdays, Sundays and Bank or Public Holidays).
• A signature will be required upon delivery.
• We can only deliver to the U.K, Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey.
• Deliveries are by "Royal mail special next day delivery service" and they are 97% certain to deliver before 1p.m (by 5.30p.m
• Our balloon printing service is available world wide, contact us for shipping details. Please note, there is a 7 working day turnover from receipt of artwork.

Returns and Refunds policy:

• If your gift  does not arrive on the day specified and all our terms and conditions have been met, then Balloon Gift Ideas will issue you with a full refund. However this is with the exception of any extreme circumstances ( Severe weather, natural disaters, Strikes and blockades). If your gift arrives damaged then again we will issue you with a full refund. All lost and damaged balloons must be reported to us within 7 days of the agreed delivery date.

Further information:

• Balloons are a perishable product and therefore cannot be returned under the UK Distance Selling Regulations (2000).
  Our balloons are guaranteed to be of the highest quality. Our latex balloons will float for approximately two days. The average flying time for a helium filled foil balloon is five to six days, and in many cases longer. Customers should note balloons held in cold temperatures may cause the helium to deflate, however when placed back into a warm environment the helium rapidly expands again.
